Chocolate-Dipped Apricots
This is one of my favorite recipes, and so easy to make!
Melt 1 ounce of bittersweet chocolate in the microwave until melted. (Chocolate chips work best.) Dip dried apricots halfway into the chocolate, then lay on wax paper. Chill until chocolate sets.
Makes 4.
